Brasvar pork belly slices
Soy sauce

Ginger
Chili flakes

1. Marinate the pork belly slices for 1-2h in a soy sauce, honey, grated ginger and sesame oil mixture. Add some chili flakes for some spice
2. Cook the rice in boiling water and drain it. Stir in some chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, lime zest and sesame oil
3. Cook the pork belly in a hot pan with olive oil. Add some of the leftover marinade back to the pan at the end and let this simmer for 3-5min
4. Cut the shiitake mushrooms and cook them in a pan with olive oil
